Here at Kingsway we understand that our clients have come to expect exceptional service and support.  In fact we demand that of ourselves on your behalf.

What you can expect of us:

  • We will be honest with you at all times.
  • We will not oversell to you but we will endeavour to make you aware of all possible options and to offer advice on maintenance and upgrades where appropriate.
  • We will keep whatever is discussed between us private and confidential.
  • We will return your email/phone calls within 24 working hours.
  • We will keep contact with you by email, phone or mail on a regular basis.
  • We will do what we say we will do on time.  (In the case of circumstances outside of our control, we will let you know well in advance of our dilemma).
  • We will provide two half price services over the first year on all new computer systems we sell.
  • We will not carry out any unexpected work on your computer equipment without first seeking your agreement.
  • Our trading hours are 8:30am – 5pm, Monday-Friday and 8:30am – 11:30am Saturdays.
  • We will listen to your concerns and needs before offering considered and informed advice.
  • We acknowledge your right to reject any advice we may offer to you.
  • We will treat any person(s) you refer to us with the same courtesy and respect as was afforded to you.

You can help us serve you better by:

  • Being open, frank, and honest with us at all times.  You will let us know immediately of any concerns you have about our work together.
  • Asking us any questions that come to mind, no matter how insignificant or silly they may seem at the time.
  • You remain the sole judge of our performance.  If there is something we’ve done, or failed to do, that you’re not 100% delighted with, you will let us know so that we may correct it.
  • Emailing or phoning us when you have a problem.
  • Returning our email/phone calls within 24 working hours.
  • Paying for our services in a timely fashion so that we may continue to offer you exemplary service.
  • Considering referring us to your friends and associates whom you believe would benefit from an association with us provided you are happy with the service and facilities we provide.
